Coverage
Chicago metro. Nowhere else.
We would rather be the shop that knows every loading dock and badge desk in one city than a name on a national map. If your facility is not listed, ask anyway — the list is where we go most often, not a fence.
Downtown
Carrier hotels and the Loop
Where most Chicago companies keep a cage or two rather than a whole floor.
O'Hare corridor
The suburban campuses
Closest to our base, so this is where we are quickest.
West suburbs
DuPage and Kane
How access works
You stay the customer of record
You authorise, we attend
Data centres only let in people the tenant has named. You add our technician to your access list for the visit, or for a standing window if you prefer. We never hold access you did not grant, and we tell you when a visit is done so you can remove it again.
We are independent
We are not affiliated with, partnered with or endorsed by any facility operator listed on this page. We work for the tenants inside those buildings, which is exactly why we can be the alternative to the building's own remote hands desk.
Not sure we reach you?
Send the address. If it is too far to serve properly we will say so rather than take the booking.
