Staffing & managed ICT services
Engineers where you need them. Systems that stay up.
AllHours IT places vetted IT talent and runs the infrastructure behind it — service desk, network, data centre and field dispatch — under one contract, across time zones you don't staff yourself.
What we do
Two halves of the same problem
Most vendors sell you headcount or they sell you a managed service. Splitting the two is how accountability gets lost at 2am. We do both, and we own the handoff between them.
Talent solutions
Contract, contract-to-hire and direct placement across application development, infrastructure, data and security. Sourced, screened and payrolled by us — W2, 1099 or C2C — with a named recruiter who stays on the account after the start date.
Managed ICT services
Follow-the-sun service desk, network and data centre operations, end-user computing and field dispatch. Delivered against a signed SLA with monthly service reviews, not a ticket queue you never hear back from.
Engagement models
Pick the commercial shape that fits the work
| Model | Best for | Who manages | Commercials |
|---|---|---|---|
| Staff augmentation | Filling a gap on your existing team | You | Hourly, timesheet-based |
| Contract-to-hire | Try before you convert | You | Hourly + conversion schedule |
| Direct placement | Permanent roles | You | Fee on start, replacement window |
| Managed capacity (pod) | A standing function — support tier, QA, ops | Us, to agreed SLA | Monthly per pod |
| Project SOW | Defined scope with a date on it | Us, to milestones | Fixed price or capped T&M |
| Field & dispatch | Site work across many locations | Us, per ticket | Per visit / per device / retainer |
How an engagement runs
Four steps, and you know who owns each one
Scope
A working session with your lead, not a sales call. We leave with a role brief or a service scope, the SLA tiers that matter, and the constraints — clearance, location, tooling, budget shape.
Source & stand up
Shortlist inside 5 business days for talent roles. For managed scopes: runbook build, tooling access, shadow period, then a dated cutover.
Run
Named delivery manager, weekly ops call, monthly service review with the numbers you were promised. Escalation path published on day one.
Adjust
Quarterly business review. Scale the pod up, wind a project down, convert a contractor. No renegotiation theatre to change volume.
Why teams keep us
The things that actually go wrong, handled
No resume spam
Every submittal is screened by an engineer in that discipline, not a keyword match. If a profile doesn't fit, you get a note saying why we didn't send anyone rather than three that waste your interview slots.
One contract, one throat to choke
Talent and managed services sit under a single MSA. When a contractor we placed is working inside a service we run, there is no vendor-to-vendor finger-pointing to sit through.
Coverage without a night shift on your payroll
Our APAC and EMEA benches carry the off-hours load. You keep your senior people on a normal schedule and still get a human on a P1 in thirty minutes.
Contractors who stay
We pay on a fixed cycle, cover benefits on W2, and a recruiter checks in monthly. Attrition mid-project costs you far more than the rate difference that caused it.
Public sector paperwork, done right
State and federal work means background checks, E-Verify, prevailing-wage schedules and audit trails. Our back office runs those as routine rather than as a scramble at contract award.
