About AllHours IT
Built by people who carried the pager.
We started because every large IT programme we worked on had the same two failures: the right engineer showed up three months late, and nobody owned the system between the hours of 6pm and 8am. We built the company to close both gaps.
What we're for
Continuity, not transactions
A staffing firm gets paid when someone starts. A managed service provider gets paid whether or not anyone notices the work. Both incentives drift away from the client eventually.
We structure engagements so the thing you actually want — a system that runs and a team that stays — is the thing we get measured on. That means published SLAs, a named delivery owner, replacement guarantees in writing, and a quarterly review where the numbers are on the table before you ask for them.
How we work
Four commitments
Say the real timeline
If a role takes six weeks in your market at your rate, we say six weeks at the first call rather than three and an apology later.
Escalate before you notice
You hear about a slipping ticket or a resigning contractor from us first. Always.
Document as we go
Runbooks, access maps and knowledge articles are deliverables, not favours. If we exited tomorrow you could run it.
Price the exit in
Every managed contract carries a transition-out clause with a fixed fee and a fixed window. Lock-in is not a business model.
Global presence
Where we operate from
Delivery hubs carry the clock; partner sites extend field reach. Edit this list to match your real footprint — claiming offices you don't have is the fastest way to lose an enterprise RFP.
Compliance & standards
What procurement will ask for
Information security
ISO 27001-aligned ISMS, annual penetration test, documented incident response, encrypted device fleet with MDM enrolment.
Employment & screening
E-Verify participation, 7-year criminal background checks, drug screening on request, sector-specific clearances where required.
Data protection
GDPR-compliant processing agreements, EU data residency option, documented sub-processor register, DPIA support.
Insurance
General liability, professional indemnity (E&O), cyber liability and workers' compensation — certificates on request.
Diversity classification
State the certification you actually hold — MBE, WBE, SDVOSB, 8(a), or none. Many public tenders score this line.
Financial standing
Audited statements, D&B number and bank reference available under NDA for contracts above a set threshold.
